Collection: Boutique Appointment

Killa Bri Studio is located in the capital region of New York.

Boutique appointments are $30 an hour. $30 is to reserve your spot and goes toward your purchase online or in store. If you do not buy anything at the boutique you will be refunded the $30.

No call/no show will not be refunded.

Return & Refund Policy

At Killa Bri Studio, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* Unworn and unused
* Unwashed
* In its original condition
* Free of makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or other odors
* Returned with all original tags attached (if applicable)
* Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to deny a return if an item does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Custom or personalized items
* Handmade custom waist beads
* Gift cards
* Clearance or Final Sale merchandise

Exchanges
If you need a different size or would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll ship your replacement item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
* We shipped the wrong item.
* Your item arrived damaged or defective.

For approved damaged or incorrect orders, Killa Bri Studio will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Killa Bri Studio is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:
* Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
* Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us through the Contact page on our website with:
* Your order number
* The item(s) you wish to return
* The reason for your return

Please wait for return authorization before sending your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow this Return & Refund Policy.
